We're amending the tax levy for 2005 to capture the education rate money that's legal since it was approved (by voters on March 21) and modify next year's levy so we maximize state aid.

The opposition said we underestimated the number. ... We were right on. ... If we would have used their numbers we would have been overstated.

Last year (Kane County) thought they may be late with the distribution of revenues. So we were very afraid that we'd have to go through the first part of June without any revenues.
