The people that own the apartment complexes, businesses, homes — they are the ones responsible for bat eradication in their buildings.

They love those tall buildings, those apartment complexes where they can make their colonies between the eaves.

Things like that are a big concern for us. When these bats get into someone's home, we are available 24 hours a day. We have to protect our citizens. They can report it to animal control; we don't want it escaping.

I'm extremely alarmed if anybody does handle the bat.

People have been basically staying away from them. The citizens need to keep up the good work of letting the professionals handle it — pesticide companies and us.
