If there are any changes to the project itself, the scope, the cost, we always bring those issues up because we want to understand why the project has changed from the time when we awarded the money.
We are not looking for a repeat of anything of the magnitude of this weekend.
This storm was definitely a powerful nor'easter. In general, the Boston area has received 12 to18 inches of snow.
Despite intensive searching, I never saw the giraffe. And by 1994, the sightings stopped coming in, so I assumed it had died, either at the hand of man or beast. I never stopped looking though.
