It was tough getting into a rhythm. Instead of staying with what was working, we moved on to do other things. We just need to work on both sides. Everyone needs to get better.

I've only been out here five days, so I am still in that adjustment period. I'm really happy to be here. I wanted to be part of a winning organization, and I feel that is the direction (the Knights) are going in. I definitely wasn't not getting on that plane.
