My guys are defining themselves. They believe in themselves. It's a very close group.

There's not a jealous bone on this team as far as who gets the scoring. We really feel good about the roles our other guys play.

He played basketball, but he ate lunch with me in the cafeteria last year. I told him, 'You're going to play football.' He said, 'I am?' I just said, 'Yes, you are.' Then one day, he turned around and said, 'Coach, how do I block as a receiver?' Right then, I knew I was going to have a good one.

We were one and done on every shot it seemed (in the first half), and they had a second chance on every shot.

We didn't play a terrible first half - they're a very good basketball team, but we raised our level of play that extra little bit we needed to.

Last year we said we would take one game at a time. This time we're willing to go for it all, and take the risk of being disappointed.

We're raising the bar. We're taking more risk. We're opening ourselves up for more disappointment. That's a chance we're willing to take.
