We could not accept an offer if the bank is not willing to settle its accounts for that amount of money. We still owe close to $1.8 million to FH Partners, the bank that holds our mortgage.

The bank has not threatened to foreclose on us. We made our last payment in January, but we could not make the February payment, so we are now in default. But until foreclosure proceedings begin, we still own the Elyria and Lorain properties.
