She's going to surprise people who think she's not going to do well. I just hope it goes beyond whether she has too much makeup and what she wears. ... If she does talk about issues and she's able to put this aside, it may be a very different campaign a year from now.

Having Jeb [Bush] be a lame duck is going to be extremely interesting because he has several issues that he really wants to push as part of his legacy, and I think the legislature's really pulling back a bit more than they have before.

It will have to be a constitutional change. But keep in mind the legislature. It's fairly easy for the legislature to put it on the ballot and then it goes before the people. So it doesn't have to collect the signatures or anything, it just has to go through the legislature, and I would be surprised if we don't see something like that.
