Ourselves, North Andover and Natick, we're the three best teams in the state. Any one of us would win Div. 1 or 3. We beat New Bedford by 30 points and they'll probably win Division 1.

Not too much went right for us. The other kids got the first takedowns, and once someone gets that he just builds momentum.

The team is excited, the coaches are excited. The reason they have this tournament was to bring the best teams in the state together to go head-to-head against each other.

I would have never imagined for us to be 26-0 with the schedule we wrestle, but I am proud of these kids. They have all worked so hard, and I have never been around a team as close as this one.

We were expecting that from Natick the other night. I'm always impressed with Natick. We knew it would be very close. We were fortunate to win.

I think both teams are very evenly matched. I won't say we're the favorite. Natick, I think, is as good as we are. I wouldn't say either team is a clear-cut favorite.

Everyone points to us as the favorite. The fact is, they're the defending state champion. And they returned the bulk of their team from last year.

I really like the new format. The dual meet format for a championship is really, really exciting.
