The charges he had was a felony warrant for obtaining workers comp via fraud.
It was a victim of opportunity. We don't think he was waiting for the victim at all, we think he was waiting for a victim to get off the bus.
As of this point, we most definitely know we have one in Orange County and one in the city of Winter Garden.

He was strapped and apparently unresponsive. All of a sudden, he woke up startled and very combative. He fought one of the paramedics to the point he was able to get through the exit door.
As they were on their way out, the suspects actually told the victim to stay on the ground. Unfortunately, our victim decided that he wanted to get up and try and apprehend these individuals, and that is when one of the suspects shot him.
