"Charles "Buddy" Nix" is the former General Manager of the Buffalo Bills. He previously was employed by the Buffalo Bills from 1993 to 2000. He joined John Butler (American football general manager)/John Butler and A. J. Smith with the San Diego Chargers from 2001 to 2008, and returned to the Bills in 2009.
