Somebody had to get out and help the rest of the team so the scrimmages and practice could flow. Otherwise, she'd just score every time.

I think the girls came in here this year thinking they had a lot to prove. People expected Piedmont to fall off the map and disappear after some of the players we lost.

She set the tone. She stepped up her game in all facets and let the girls know by her work ethic that we weren't going to give in and be comfortable with a drop off. She had a great, great season.
