This happened in July. If the downtown hotel wants to charge a nightly rate in the upper 10 or 20 percent of hotel rates, that doesn't bode well. I have to decide if I want them on our roster and tie up their inventories if I might not be able to sell them.

We hope that it (the additions) will help raise the visibility of downtown.

We've doubled the amount of food points-of-service at our building here and added more variety in food service.

I think with an attendee base like ours, there is a wide range of needs. Some attendees just want an economical experience and others want a larger gambling experience.

Sometimes it is the number of rooms (available) and sometimes it is the rate, because we need to make sure the rate is falling in line from a value perspective. So far, the biggest stumbling block is the rate.
