You have to bring your best every day. It's good for the team and great benefit for the players.
All you can ask them to do is to put themselves in a position to succeed. And they have done that.
Joe is left-handed and he really understands how to use that to his advantage, opening the court and using the angles. He has improved his serve, so it is quite a weapon now. He plays with a ton of heart.
He struggled, and I think regretted his decision and wished he went to college because he really found the transition to be tough. I think it's an incredibly tough way to make a living. The transition from the juniors to the pros is a big leap. There are a lot of good players out there.
We need a great effort, every one has to come out and play their best tennis of the season. Nothing less than an inspired effort is going to cut it.
