There's a long way to go for these guys, but I think their programs are the right ones.

U.S. retailers have a chip on their shoulders that their way is the only way to do business.

I think they're looking to throw in some support and do that 'rah, rah' thing, ... But it doesn't change the customer service (issues), Lowe's infringement and cannibalization. It doesn't change anything fundamentally. This is a reactive stance from them.

U.S. retailers have not proven that they understand the difference of doing business in Europe versus the U.S..

It would be cheaper for them to get into the European community now.
