They look like CD's (compact discs). But when they show them sideways, you can tell they are pretty thick.

They have a television on in the lounge and I'll duck in a few times between floods to check things out. It's exciting to see Russ going for Olympic gold.

It (the scoring) not where it needs to be, but it's getting better.

I still look at them regularly when I take them to schools, to talk to kids. I always bring them to the schools because the kids love seeing them. So that's kind of neat. I still look at them and have a little moment. I think the older you get, the more you realize how important those medals are. With each Olympics you watch, you have to appreciate how great those athletes are.

I kind of get choked up when I see the kids look at the medals. Maybe that will provide them with a little spark in one kid to pursue his own Olympic dreams. Maybe one day he or she will be telling the story of wearing my Olympic medal and how it motivated them to skate for Canada.

I was proud of what Jeff did and particularly proud of how young Shawn Sawyer skated, because I have worked with him a lot. Shawn handled himself so well through the entire Olympic experience.

And I've actually taken a few golf lessons from Russ.
