The kids keep on trying harder and harder every day. That's good to see. The effort is there, they keep on coming out. We'll get one sooner or later.

Our problem is all mental right now. They have to realize they are good enough to win. Since we've struggled the last couple of years they come in assuming they are going to lose. I'm trying to change that attitude.
