We decided in our game plan we wanted to throw pucks at the net and see if we could get any rebounds. That's what we did and we came out and threw pucks at the net. We got some tips and some goals.

I can't really be any happier with the way things are going. I've played four NHL games in my career and I'm getting ice time. That's the most reward a player can get from a coach. Hopefully this is just a temporary thing.
He's a great mentor, a good role model. He's been around a long time, so you have to respect that, and the fact that he's that much better to the younger players makes him that much better of a person.
