I don't think we'll shave our heads but we'll be pretty mean on the day, that's for sure.

I've just been laying around the last couple of days. It was good to get in and just get wet again. I'm very happy with the swim. It was a heat and it was very comfortable.

You can talk it up but it is what you do on the day that really counts.
