I was so excited to see her play. To have the opportunity to coach a player like that and to get to know her as a person is fantastic.

It is almost like one of those storybook type things. A kid from a town you've never heard of proves that no matter where you come from, if you work hard, you can make your dreams come true.

For a 6-2 kid to have the range that she has is unique. Her work effort is really high, there is no such thing as just good enough for her.
