He's high-energy, a 60-minute guy. He calls for the ball, he wants the ball every single snap. He's always looking to make a big play, make something happen with the ball. He wants to get in the end zone; that's his goal every time he steps on the field.

He's moved around, he's in a lot of different positions. They're really working it to him, getting him in some mismatch situations, throwing some crossing routes underneath, trying to isolate him on linebackers and situations like that.

What linebackers do is run and tackle, so you can't change the game to make it any easier. Besides, this sort of thing really gets your focus sharp. What we're looking to do in this game, it kind of takes over everything else -- you really have to look at the opportunity you have instead of who's missing.

I don't think we're going to see a different scheme or any major changes. They run their offense. Last week, I think we saw a team that had to change things around a bit. Not this week. And has started before.

They try to stick to their game plan. They've been winning games. They're not going to change up just because other teams do something.

You know you can't make that big play, get that turnover every time. We've got to do some basic things, some good, overall football things.

The total package. You get your full money's worth with a guy like that. He plays a lot, he goes out there and doesn't back down. He blocks, he catches the ball, he runs with the ball - he does everything.

The guys we have coming in have had some quality playing time already this year. It's not like we have to change the schemes or anything. We still have our leadership, and that's the biggest key.

It's a new system, but it is a lot like the system he ran with the Rams in the past. He's fit back into a system he knows.
