It was very interesting to me. It made me want to jump up there and get elected.

Tennessee is on the rise. It's been known for football, but basketball is also very good. I think we set the bar really high.

I feel very honored to be here. There are a lot of people in a lot of different sports at this event. If you win this, it's a very great achievement.

It was a really big game for Coach Pitts, playing against his old team, and we didn't want to let him down.

It took a load off our shoulders when they put the rule in, not having to worry about making the jump. It's also going to help us out, going to college and getting stronger and getting better. All of us are going to be playing under legendary coaches. It's going to be great.

We really didn't know what to expect. We just kept getting better and kept working hard.

Most other organizations don't offer 60-90. So that's big. It's very exciting. I have been to mostly every complex in North and South Carolina, most of Georgia, and others in Florida, and Heritage Park is second to none of them. That's exciting to have something like that in Greenville County. Heritage Park, to me, is like the Disney World of baseball.

This is the first experience we've had with the high stack. I can understand the reasoning for it because with the limited number of athletes that they have versus our guys, it was important for them to try and get ahead early.

Oh, yes, yes, this was big. For us to be able to wake up tomorrow and walk through the community with our chest poked out is huge. And hopefully this was a step towards getting some momentum for the rest of the season. It's that time of the year.

From a referring physician situation, it's huge.

This was the toughest schedule we had to go up against. We played a lot of games this season, but that prepared us for the state tournament. You have to play three games in a row to win the tournament and playing the type of schedule we had definitely helped our conditioning.
