I think we have prepared really well. Although this is the toughest conference, there is not much pressure for me. I'm just a freshman, and I'm trying to work on my game. We know we will fight hard.
It was pretty tough because we went in with all our confidence. I thought we gave it everything, but somehow they blew some of the girls off the court. That's how they play-like top dogs-so we are looking forward to a good fight.
They played smart. It will be guaranteed that every match will be tough, but I'm looking forward to (possibly facing Stanford). We all are.
Everyone has been practicing with a lot of intensity this past week. We are not taking things lightly against two top-20 teams.
I am pretty confident we will do great. We will use the match to fix or catch up on a few things before we meet Stanford. It should be a good warm up.
(They) played excellent. It was unfortunate that I could not close out my match though after being so close with four match points.
