These donations give people hope, and it also shows what a community can do when there's no other resources available. Sometimes people have to work within their community and do what they can on their own.

This is the culmination of everything we said we would be doing. The foundation and the supporters of the foundation made this happen.

Depending on what they find, they'll be digging either 30 feet or 100 feet. Those samples will be taken to the lab, where they will disseminate exactly what is under those homes and possibly what may have caused the first landslides. Also, we'll be able to test to see if these homes are on solid ground.

It's 100 percent participation. All of the residents that are affected are participating. And I certainly want to thank everybody for that 100 percent participation. It's going to give us a true indication of what happened because now we can test-bore everywhere.
