We've got to lower teacher units at some schools. West Morgan's fifth grade has three teachers and 93 students.

We've had some tremendous needs, and our surplus began to dwindle. This needs to change.

A middle school would cost about $9 million while a high school would cost close to $20 million. I think we could relieve any overcrowding sooner with a middle school, and it would also help with the traffic problem on Alabama 67.
