"William Ewart "Billy" Harrison" was an English Association football/footballer who played at Outside forward/outside right.

After a spell with Crewe Alexandra F.C./Crewe Alexandra, he spent 1907 to 1920 with Wolverhampton Wanderers F.C./Wolverhampton Wanderers, the 1908 FA Cup Final/FA Cup in his first season there. He was later inducted into the club's Hall of Fame. He spent 1920 to 1922 with Manchester United F.C./Manchester United, and later had one-season spells with Port Vale F.C./Port Vale and Wrexham F.C./Wrexham.
