This mission will be the longest NEEMO and Aquarius mission. Our partnerships with other agencies and countries should provide a treasure chest of useful medical and exploration operations knowledge.
"William L. "Bill" Todd" is Program Manager for Exploration Analogs at NASA's Johnson Space Center (JSC) in Houston, Texas. He has also served as a NASA Undersea Research Team Project Lead and Spaceflight Training Simulation Supervisor at NASA JSC. In 2001, he commanded the first NASA Extreme Environment Mission Operations (NEEMO) mission, a joint NASA-NOAA program to study human survival in the Aquarius (laboratory)/Aquarius Underwater habitat/underwater laboratory in preparation for future space exploration.
Todd has also spent many years helping to develop the futuristic undersea exploration vessel SeaOrbiter, which was inspired by French architect Jacques Rougerie (architect)/Jacques Rougerie.

Creating insurance for the uninsured is made harder by the high-risk folks. (The pool) will make it much easier to provide insurance to those who are currently uninsured.
The Tour promotes so many things, most notably good health through exercise, good partnerships with our host cities and Tour sponsors, and great entertainment for our neighbors and visitors to enjoy.
