Gillett was good enough, but we didn't have the defense behind him.
It feels good. A big inning finally went our way. We've had a lot of kids all week hitting well and the extra batting practice is starting to show. I've never seen two grand slams in one inning in a high school game before. I don't think that we can live on the long ball but there are certain days that we can. I really believe Calvert is a better team than they showed here today.
Bubba causes a lot of heartache to right-handed pitchers in this park.
