"Bill Lang" was an Australian professional Boxing/boxer who held the List of Australian heavyweight boxing champions/national heavyweight title. He was also an Australian rules footballer who played with Richmond Football Club/Richmond in the Australian Football League/Victorian Football League (VFL).
Lang began his professional boxing career in 1905, the same year he was fullback in the Richmond Victorian Football League/VFA premiership team. He fought future List of heavyweight boxing champions/world champion Jack Johnson (boxer)/Jack Johnson at Richmond Race Course in 1907 and lost in a TKO. Later that year he defeated Peter Felix (boxer)/Peter Felix in Broken Hill to claim the List of Australian heavyweight boxing champions/Australian heavyweight title.
