"William Charles Barber" is a Canadian former professional ice hockey Forward (ice hockey)/forward who played twelve seasons for the Philadelphia Flyers in the National Hockey League (NHL). As part of the famed LCB (Reggie Leach/Leach, Bobby Clarke/Clarke, Barber) line, Barber helped lead the Flyers to the franchise's two Stanley Cups in 1973–74 NHL season/1974 and 1974–75 NHL season/1975. He is currently a scouting consultant with the Flyers.

The essence of our argument is the people who did these things ... prior to the enactment of the ordinance are grandfathered in, ... The ordinance is trying to come in and make things criminalized after the fact, and you can't do that.

They all have to memorize a lot of necessary material and then be able to think analytically. Then the team that we are up against asks questions that are beyond the scope of the statements, and they have to think and react quickly. That is how the scoring is worked. If we move too slowly or hesitate too much, it will reflect with the points that we score.

I think the patients, when they're educated to what an ambulatory care center is -- what it does, the same surgeons, the same nurses, the same quality of care -- then those fears are quickly allayed.

This has forced, really, a revolution in the way that we take care of our patients. What we've learned is how to manage pain better, we've learned to operate more efficiently and we've learned how to manage these patients in a way that we can get them home quickly -- provided, of course, they're in a safe atmosphere.

This is a good experience for the students to get involved in. It can become intense and stressful, but they all pull together and work together as a team. It's something fun to become involved with, because unlike many other competitions, its all gray, it's not black and white, and it's a true challenge. We had a really good team this year that pulled it all together.
