My main goals for young people who may participate on the new teams are safety, comfort and success. That means making sure a gun is fitted properly for each youth, that they are comfortable shooting, are doing so safely and have the right gun.

Part of a local coach's job will be to work with shooting range owners to make the experience a bit less expensive. The team may also do some fundraising.
