We need to wait and see what happens after Hurricane Ophelia passes. The good news is that it's September, and the weather will start to cool. Bad news is until it does that, there continues to be risk.

It's not mild, but dangerous. If you have EEE, you are very ill and know you are very ill. The danger is for those that live alone.
