It's been really popular. It's kind of like a support group. Everyone has a chance to check in and share, and there's talking back and forth, trying to problem-solve to overcome those barriers.

Probably the thing we hear most about the program is even if people aren't as successful as they want to be, the course keeps things on their mind about moving more. There is more of an awareness of health and the small changes they can make.
