Your economic development organization is a one-man show and it's handicapped and doesn't have the resources to do what you want.

The challenge, which it's aggressively taken on with the Target2010 project, is to shape its explosive growth by generating quality jobs and opportunities for its citizens versus quantity.

The greatest near-term opportunity that we have is data centers. This is not an opportunity that will last forever. In the next two or three years, these data centers will be deployed and then growth will slow significantly after that. But for the time being, it is a key area to focus on.

I am concerned a little bit about housing prices, because I think demand will continue to be strong, but the supply will be lower this year than last year.
