He's a very good shooter, and he can also get to the basket. He's got a real quick first step.
We wanted to show Al we are his second family. He was on a heavy heart and we want to be here for each other when something like this happens.
We were very inconsistent on the court and off the court.
This was the best half-court offense we've ever executed since I've been here. I think we really grew up a lot in that category. We had a game plan and we actually stuck to it.
So far, guys have bought into that.
I think we really found out a lot about ourselves. We understand we still haven't done anything yet. But this game was important in building momentum for the storm we're going to face.
I was just trying to go out there and provide that spark. That's what I worked on all summer. It's a deal where I'm feeling more confident. I've always been known as a defensive player, but I think I'm showing I can give the team confidence with my shooting.
