It passed really easily because there was so much work done ahead of time. It took a huge amount of work to get it this successful. That's a testament to all the hard work.

This approval clears the way for us to begin construction on what will become one of the premier mixed-use developments in the nation. The ability to include lofts, condominiums and other residential options within the Garden District guarantees that, as the city said, this will be unlike anything that currently exists in Allen. Everyone is exited about its potential.
