We had five aircraft fly from Philadelphia [Pennsylvania] to Charlotte [North Carolina] just carrying bags, no passengers, so that they could be sorted and returned to passengers.

We see a marked difference on days when there is good weather compared with days when the weather is bad.

We're building this from the foundation upwards. It certainly has been a priority, but there are a number of groups that need to be involved in this process and we're working through that to make sure we're doing this the best way possible.

We have to be conscious of the fact that it's a captive audience. There are going to be children. There are going to be customers with sensitivities to violence and strong material.

This is pilot program. We're looking to see how the technology works best and in which scenarios, and how quickly we can process passengers.

There isn't any legacy carrier in the nation that can say with certainty that a bankruptcy filing is not possible.
