"Amber Bowman" is a female firefighter that has captured the world championships at the World Firefighter Challenge in 2012 and 2013. Of note, she has captured gold in all four disciplines of the event: female individual, female tandem, coed tandem and relay events. Such an accomplishment makes her the first female to have won the gold in all four categories and the first competitor (male or female) to have won consecutive golds in all four categories.

As a rookie at the 2011 FireFit championships, she would win world championships in the female individual and female tandem (with her tandem partner Jacqueline Rasenberg) combat challenges. Of note, it was the first time in the history of the competition that a female rookie would grab a world championship.

I feel like we can play with anyone if we do all the things that we know and work together as a team and as a unit.

I think (Rutledge) played amazing. When a goalie's hot, it's tough to break it.

I would say this is a turning-point in our season we want to come in this weekend and show them we're a different team and that we've improved a lot since the last time we played them.

Our underclassmen are really stepping up. Maggie and I, we're just trying to be the leaders out there.
