This is a huge confidence boost for both Ash and I just to know that we're really close, and we've been putting a lot of hard work in and things are starting to click.

I really didn't have a down event which was really good point-wise. I could have done better in the throws and high jump, but all seven events for me went really decent, very strong. So I was very happy with that.
