We just have to get it done no matter how long we're out there. Big plays can kill you, man. That's why you have to execute on every down. You do all that work, and then they hit a big play on you. That can't be how we do things.

It's tough. It's a crazy business. It was unfortunate for us, but we still have to find a way to make plays, find a way to get it done. We just didn't do that.

They're definitely going to have us on our toes, no question about it. And it's going to be up to us as professionals to make sure we're able to adjust and make the right decisions.

We have to continue to play at a high level and get more turnovers. We have to be around the football and give the offense more opportunities to score points.

We don't have a clue (what to expect).

We would love to bring a playoff game back to the city of Denver. Trust me, I know we haven't won the AFC West since I've been here. Trust me, I know that, and you don't have to tell me that. But that's what we push for. We're pushing to win our division, first of all. And once you win your division it gives you a home playoff game and possibly home-field advantage and you go from there.

First game back, making a statement like that is big.

Having Mike Anderson back, that's big. We really missed him last year. And having Ron Dayne, that makes us better in short-yardage right there. It's the will, if a guy wants it, he's going to get it. If the guys up front help him, the back can do the rest himself, and we have those kind of backs.

It's just one of those things. The coaches definitely didn't expect three corners and Mike Anderson to go down. But it happens, man. And you have to find a way to overcome it.
