Clearly the costs are huge. Just the lost revenue itself is substantial, plus all the other expense involved in a tragedy like this. We were already having an extremely difficult year. This will only exacerbate that. But this remains a fundamentally sound company.

There is a 10-day appeals period after the decision. We believe we will be winning bidder, the clear undisputed bidder at that point.

In the past when we've gone through periods where we're eliminating jobs, we've tried to do it so it'll have as minimal an impact as possible. In this instance, the financial situation is such we're just not able to do that.

It's tough to know how we're going to respond. This is an extraordinarily competitive industry. If something occurs at a major competitor, we'll have to take a look at that.
