It gets tough when you try to tailor-make a plan for every single person, but at the same time we are paying for things we never use. Right now, it is kind of a one-size-fits-all approach, and from a consumer standpoint, someone who purchases health insurance, that doesn't go a long way in curtailing health-care costs. -Carl Gipson
