The premier is just shifting chairs. At the Health Department we are only going to go backwards as a province.

We are tired of municipalities that do not spend money ... if it is not used this money must return to the province.

This should have happened a long time ago. I don't see a reason why the premier has left Billy Nel behind because he is also a disaster.
