It's gone from people questioning the model to people demanding the model. Over the last 18 months to two years, it's been a total sea change. Companies know we'll manage that information better than they possibly could. They want it stored offsite so it's more easily accessible to their people around the globe.

Taking products designed for large companies and then retrofitting them to work for smaller businesses is a recipe for failure. It would be like a bus manufacturer changing the color of the bus from yellow to black, and then calling it a car.

Salesforce.com and other CRM solutions would be really useful if they actually had customer data stored. But they only have prospects. There's no way to make a prospect into a customer unless you tie together ERP and CRM.

The market is changing, with enterprises moving away from the old-style CRM. They want more capability and flexibility, and we're happy to give them that.
