"Vladimir Vasilievich Krikunov" is retired Soviet Union/Soviet and Russian ice hockey player and former head coach of Russia men's national ice hockey team/team Russia. He is currently a vice-president and the head coach of the Kontinental Hockey League/KHL club HC Neftekhimik Nizhnekamsk/Neftekhimik Nizhnekamsk. As a player Krikunov played for Dinamo Riga (original)/Dinamo Riga and Krylya Sovetov Moscow. During his coaching career he coached HC Dynamo Moscow/Dynamo Moscow and Russia men's national ice hockey team/Team Russia. He won Russian championships as a coach in 2004/2005 season, bronse medal at 2005 Men's World Ice Hockey Championships/world championships and lead Russian team in 2006 winter olympics.
