I really encourage supervisors to nominate their students. It's a great way to recognize the great work they do.

Students working in work study and working through other student employment offices can take part in the competition. The nominations made by the supervisor are reviewed based on job description and the letter from the supervisor.

Uniqueness of contribution will be a considered more often in the case of a tie between a few students. We also may have runners-up, depending on the number of nominations we get.
