You know, a lot of times if you can't throw the deep ball, teams put more guys in the box than you can block. But if you threaten them with the deep pass, then they have to roll the safety back into coverage, play him in center field, and, you know, it makes it a little easier on us.

In Delray Beach, we had two days where we went twice a day. We went at it pretty good. [Yesterday] we had a tough practice, a good practice.

We'll adjust to it if he starts getting hot. But we'll play him just like anybody else.

A team has money invested in you. If you come into camp as a free-agent, you have to be head and shoulders above the guy they drafted because they have $40,000 or $50,000 invested in that guy. I know I'm not a sure-fire draft pick. When I get my opportunity, whatever it is, I'll make the best of it.

I would have liked to have been to an all-star game or the combine -- or both -- but I just never got invited. It's definitely a little harder, but when I got my shot to show what I can do, I did a good job at our pro day.

We just hung out at the beach. We didn't do anything special at all.

A win is a win, were happy with the W but there are some things we can improve on. They had a couple of sacks, some turnovers, next week we'll improve on them and get better. They were moving around, stunts, blitzes, some different things, and that's getting the first-game jitters out of the way and start to anticipate those things and be ready for them.
