Overall, I thought we had good effort. We have quite a few coming back next year, and hopefully, they're not satisfied with this. We have to use this as motivation, and we'll begin getting ready for next year (today) because that's where it all starts.
It's very important for this team to bounce back (Saturday) and do well. It's very important.
Our kids did a great job (against Walton). The big thing was that after we didn't reach our goal to win the state duals by losing on Friday (in the championship semifinals), I was real pleased with our maturity level in bouncing back (Saturday).
I think it was a smart move, but not something we would do.
I knew it was going to be a brawl. They won the close ones and we didn't, that's what it came down to.
We would, of course, like to have some more points. But we'll take what we have and get after it (Friday).
Everything that we do throughout the whole season - the number of matches we wrestle and the competition we wrestle - is in preparation for this.
I thought overall we did a great job (Saturday). Our guys were ready, they were prepared and they were focused. I've said all along that this team has a lot of talent and if they get their minds straight and get their focus, they can do this. They put it together pretty well (Saturday).
We have to comeback (today), and we've got to be refocused. We've got four tough matches to go.
