Well it's distressing news. We had a doctor come in and try to explain to us probably what's going to happen. The last thing he said what that if he has good luck things will hopefully work out. So let's hope that he has good luck.

I think everybody that knows him, obviously, knows that he is maybe not in the best shape that he could be in and was susceptible to something like this, and unfortunately it happened. Let's just keep the faith.

He made my life a joy. I was just fortunate to come along at the same time he did. Let's be honest. I rode the coattails and a lot of coaches did and fans did, and a whole bunch of people got on board and rode that train right with him, and he was driving.

Climate is changing in New Hampshire and New England, and the evidence is already here. It's not a question of some future possibility. It's happening.

He was so revered by his teammates as well as other major league players. He might have been the most respected player at the time, and I think that's the ultimate compliment.

This isn't the first time he's had that kind of game.

Tough day. The Minnesota Twins and major league baseball ask fans to keep Kirby and his family in their thoughts and prayers.

We will await the results of the testing.

I'm thinking, 'Whoa, wait a minute, this is too good to be true,'.
