The vast majority of the city, we see nothing that is a problem for long-term exposure.

People are either getting triaged here, treated here or being sent out to other shelters, ... Nobody stays here permanently. They get treatment, they get sent out to other shelters or they get treated here, stabilized and sent to hospitals.

Things just keep looking up and up and up.
