There has been some changes going on for the last few weeks out there. On our free time, we've been doing a lot of cleaning up at the site. You almost feel like you're in a jail back there.

My turning point on it was we have waited and waited thinking this would improve with Don's ability to communicate with local citizens. Things have not improved.
